"★★★★★ Great stay in the heart of Zona Rosa!
Century Reforma was a fantastic choice for my Mexico City trip. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, a smart TV that made it easy to unwind, and wonderfully hot showers. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and the location is hard to beat, with easy access to major sights, restaurants, and transit. Highly recommend, and I'd happily stay again!"
"The room was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful! Big thanks to Aldair and Israel, both just lovely. The free breakfast was delicious too! Get the Mexican scramble and a latte :)"
"Room was spotless. Staff was professional, courteous and responsive to every need. Juan Carlos, bellboy extraordinaire, was amazing. Juan Carlos met us outside and greeted us upon arrival. Very courteous, professional and informative. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you Daniel for making the buffet look like the pictures on internet. Thank you Magaly for everything. You made our stay wonderful. Thank Laura for breakfast. "
"For a hotel on reforma, I found this to be a pretty good deal. My bed was on floor one above reforma, but due to my extreme exhaustion I fell asleep anyway 🙂 overall I would say it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel"
"Excellent rooftop amenity, nice rooms with double sinks, amazing customer service and front staff especially Cristian and Roberto! Free filtered water, never felt sick drinking it. They made our stay extra friendly and special. Loved the hotel, great walkable location to Roma, Condesa, Angel of Independence and quick can ride to Chapultepec, and other areas. Will stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!"

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to museums, parks, restaurants, and a lively, trendy part of town. The building itself is brand new, modern, and has 24/7 security. The apartment is on the 11th floor, with a wonderful view of the city.
Inside, the apartment looks just like the photos and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Entry is easy with a keypad, so there’s no need to carry or worry about losing keys. The beds were very comfortable, with soft pillows and hotel-style...

I came here to celebrate my anniversary after years of staying here for business. The staff are incredible, the food outstanding and the courtyard a magical oasis. One of my favorite hotels in the world.
Always a great place to stay, they had renovations outside of the hotel that makes it difficult for taxis to get to you. But the place is great. The staff is amazing and it’s very clean
Clean, comfortable and well located. Staff is pleasant.
However, I was a bit uncomfortable about carrying my passport with me
around Mexico city since we arrived before check-in time
3:00pm. The female receptionist stated that check in was at
3:00. She offered to storage our luggage, but I could not
leave my passport and wallet unprotected. When we finally checked in around 9:00 pm second receptionist was quité pleasant!
Great experience except that the elevator did not work half the time I was there. That did not bother me much since I am able to go up and down two flights of stairs (I was on the third floor), but I could see where this could be a problem for other guests. The hotel only has one elevator. The WiFi worked very well all over the hotel which was very convenient. A lady at the front desk helped me connect. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I...
One of the most delightful hotels we've ever stayed in. Classic, century-old hotel with so much history and charm. Perfect location in a great and vibrant neighborhood, close to many transit options and walkable to sights. The hotel was beautiful, quirky and interesting (like something out of a Wes Anderson movie). And the staff was so helpful and attentive, we didn't want to leave. So much better than an Airbnb or generic hotel chain. Perfect introduction to Mexico City, and we would 100% stay...
Building was beautiful as was unit. Bathrooms floors are extremely slippery and shower door would not stay closed. Also, the oven wouldn’t light at first so just poured a bunch of gas into the unit. That being said, location and furnishings were great. Lots of space and the front desk was super friendly and didn’t give friends any trouble when they would come to visit. Would 100% stay here again.
The hotel is in the center of everything from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. I want to thank all the cleaning staff Rm103 was immaculate every day.
The hotel room was very modern looking, was very impressed with it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu should offer a few different types of sandwiches for lunch. I would definitely stay there again. Will highly recommend staying there to others
We had an excellent stay here, and although it is not a luxury hotel it did offer a lot. The property is old but the room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and the location can’t be beat. The shower was AMAZING and it was nice to have a balcony for morning coffee & fresh air. As stated in other reviews the hotel is noisy (lots of street noise, lots of hallway noise) so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in central CDMX and not...
