"The location is excellent, close enough to all the comforts and dining experience of Sorrento, but not there were everything is overpriced. We stayed for 6 nights and it allowed us to walk around feeling safe enough unless you consider the scooters and drivers, but this is Italy, be aware of the way things work around. The hotel location was also superb right by the Main Street of Sorrento. Easy access to the train station and harbor. Everyone on the staff was amazingly kind and helpful- even helping to arrange a welcome fruit platter and champagne bottle for our arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. "We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"Excellent hotel situated outside of Sorrento. The hotel provides a regular minibus at set times from Sorrento station to the hotel which needs to be booked in advance. Taxis are about 25-30Euro. Food was excellent, views stunning, staff really nice and helpful. A highlight was eating at the restaurant terrace overlooking the bay of Naples."

"Hotel Florida is an excellent resting spot on a visit to Sorrento. It is a short walk to the city ce ter and old town, but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants along the way. Would defijitely recommend and would stay here again if back in the area. "

"This is a lovely hotel a little outside of Sorrento. 7 min walk to a beach club and 20 min walk into Sorrento. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. Pool was sooo nice in the heat too!"
