The main hotel, room, and dining are all fabulous and in great condition. Our room had a lively terrace with amazing views and everything about it we loved. The included breakfast was very fresh with lots of options and in the amazing hall. The onsite gym was really well stocked for a hotel gym, but the spa left a little to be desired for a hotel of this caliber, especially the hall/entry and the pools/hot tubs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% come back again.

We loved the apartment and also loved that we could store our luggage in a holding room while we explored the town. The apartment was adorable, clean and shops were close by! We also loved our quiet street. It would’ve been nice to have air conditioning, but thankfully the weather cooled down in the evenings.

We loved this hotel. It was very quaint and more like a bed and breakfast. We booked one of the smaller rooms/shared bathrooms because we wanted the less expensive price. I was worried about sharing a bathroom but in four nights that we were there, we never had one problem with that. Great place to stay for a quick overnight in Interlaken prior to an early morning Jungfraujoch trip. We are a family of 4 and booked a quad family room. Great room, comfortable beds. The shower does not have a separate shower area so it was hard not to soak the whole room, but otherwise room was great. The fan was much appreciated on the hot day. We had an outstanding fondue dinner at the restaurant onsite. Great place to stay, would recommend.
