The front desk was most helpful. Cecilia was delightful and gave us maximum help answering all our questions. There are only 3 microwaves in the property, but a refrigerator and kitchenette for every room. The area is commercial with clothes discounts. The place is highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay at The Glu Hotel. The staff were amazing, especially Vanessa and Tomas. Nothing was a trouble for them. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location was also perfect. Close enough to walk to local restaurant,etc and an easy Uber ride to the centre of the city. We would stay here again!"

"The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. On our last day we found out about the extra mattress disguised behind the bed; one of us slept in the sofa. We had a hard time to figure out how to open the door; we called a couple of times and got immediate answer, but it was hard to...

"Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. Lots of great restaurants/bars a short walk away; shopping; craft markets and an easy trip to other popular areas and the local Jorge Newbury airport. Great breakfast. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful esp in booking taxis to /from the airports. I’ve been returning there for years. "
