“Clean hotel room, nice waterfall shower, easy check-in and not too far from central Madrid on the Metro”

“Muito bom tudo um excelente tranalho”

“Loved the place it was clean and cozy. Stayed in an apartment for 4 people it was excellent ”

“Clean apartment! Our stay was awesome.”

“Ibis Budget Madrid Vallecas is good for those needing a quick stop/layover on the way to their next destination. It is not close to the downtown city center, but it's fine if you are comfortable using public transit. Airport shuttle service does not go to this hotel, but I was able to take the bus, metro, or Uber to/from the airport. The room is very basic, but they have several options for breakfast (pay separately).”

“Very convenient to catch train. Staff were very helpful.”

“This place is auto check in right? So if you need a towel because they forgot you were 2 people you need to use one towel for both, easy right? No one will answer you, don’t lose your time. Otherwise not the best place at all”

“We book apt with AC, but the AC didn’t worked. Try to contact staff but reply was poor and non-sense, they want us to try technical electric solutions by our self - after 2 replies at 10pm they ghosted and re-appear after 10am the next to try to solve - but we already check out - worst customer service experience”

Terrible experiencia”
