"Beautiful appt in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonalds. There are also grocery stories a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t hear any street noise from near by bars. The stairs are abit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn’t be well suited for someone...

"The NH Hotel Amsterdam Central is well situated. The tram stop is just a couple of streets away, with easy access to Centraal Station, the main museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, etc.). There are various restaurants around the hotel1. The rooms are clean and the service staff is very helpful."

"We were concerned with previous negative reviews but honestly the room was clean and we had everything we needed. We felt safe and it was easy to catch a bus to get anywhere we needed. There were plenty stores nearby if you needed grocery or last minute travel items. I really enjoyed that it was just far enough away from all the tourist attractions but took us no time to get to them. There are plenty of lovely coffee shops, bakeries and brasseries nearby. We did not pay for the breakfast but...
