"現地のスタッフさんは非常に良く、困ったことないか？など気配りまで最高でした。 ただ、受付？ コールセンターみたいなところで、本部とのやりとりが必要で、延泊対応も連携取れておらず、延泊をお願いする、14日前には新たにネットから取り直す必要があるとのことで、取り直したところ、その際にも部屋は変わらずそのまま宿泊できると説明を受けましたが、部屋割りも変わってました。"

"18時から20時まで提供されていたカレーのサービスがあり、さらに、コーヒーやお水が自由に飲めるサービスもあり、気軽に利用できて便利でした。 お部屋は少しコンパクトな印象でしたが、清潔感があり、ゆっくりと休むことができました。 また、失くしものをした際にはスタッフの方が外まで探しに出てくださり、とても親切で心温まる対応でした。また利用したいと思います。"
