"Room was clean but a bit small for 3 people with big luggages. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Close to attractions, transport and lot of dinner options. Only 3 washing machines for such a big hotel, the machines are often already in use. Bath room has no hanger at all and so a bit difficult to keep clean and dirty clothes around during bathing. There was a big electric massage chair in the room, which may be useful for some guests, but it was just occupying useful space for us. That kind of facilities may well just belong to public area. Parking was lift operated by staff and does not allow bigger car like our RAV4 sized type SUV. Need to park a bit far away (a few mins walk) and, while had discount from the hotel, that was a bit more expensive and inconvenient. Fukuoka parking was a bit more expensive than other Kyushu cities in general however."

"The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the station. It’s also conveniently located, just a short taxi ride to the airport (less than 15 minutes). The lobby was nicely decorated and makes for a great first impression. The room was clean and reasonably spacious (we booked a Chapter 3 Corner Twin), and the bathroom was also a good size. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, though fairly standard and nothing particularly memorable. Basement parking is available on site, but spaces are limited. We returned late one night to find it full and had to park at a privately run carpark just in front of the hotel instead (which, on the bright side, was actually cheaper than the hotel’s parking)."

"Nice hotel and convenient location. Except do not like the idea the hotel citing ‘Eco- friendly’ / global environment friendly as an excuses, hotel room cleaning only done once every 2 days. Personally I think even for environment friendly reason, is important hotel room need to be vacummed on a daily basis. To maintain the environment cleanliness is also important to the environment."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good. There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range. I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself. Great location. Easy to get around. "
