"From the moment we arrived this hotel was amazing. From Lyn and her team to the person who opens the door and the security who help you into your grab. Such a friendly hotel to stay at. The location is fantastic. Literally only 200 metres from Van Hahn Shopping centre which has so many restaurants to choose from and a great super market. Assortment of great restaurants to choose from right near the hotel. Even a hospital only 100 metres away. To get to district 1 by grab only takes about 14...

"Not really 24/7 access; there is a guard who tracks and does security duty day and night. After 11 pm, the door shuts down, and if you want to hang out late at night or come back late, you need to wake the security guard up. It always takes 5–10 minutes; sometimes he is oversleeps, and it takes me an hour, and I am trapped outside until 3 am."
