The location is quite central to see the old town though just a tad far to walk from a metro station with luggage on cobblestones or narrow sidewalks. "We loved our stay at Effect Lodge. Our room overlooked the back side of the property, including the pool. Great views and an open feel in our large room. The host was so gracious and helpful. She recommended public transportation for our visit to Old Lyon, and it worked out perfectly. She also provided direction in getting our laundry taken care of.
