"The welcome to the hotel was great .All the staff were very friendly. The Berber tents were wonderful and very comfortable.Breakfast and dinner were very good.
Wish we could have stayed longer."
"Make sure you book this place ASAP before it blows up. It deserves global recognition for what the owners have achieved here.
It's incredible and worth the cost. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior designer has done such a good job how they have styled this place out. Architects deserve credit too for how they have combined traditional feel with a modern twist. The service is exceptional too. Spa is just next level and can go toe to toe with some of the best in World. It truly is the gold standard in morroco , the best in class to what a boutique hotel should be. "
"Beautiful hotel with excellent service that’s is very close to the airport and central Marrakesh. We had a lovely two nights relaxing here after a trip out to Merzouga and it was perfect! "
"We stayed for a few nights as a family with two young kids and loved the farm environment with its playground and games like football and table tennis. The family room was lovely, with beautiful gardens, hot showers, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast on the sun terrace was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day.
We did a guided walk in the area and also spent time relaxing by the river near the restaurant. Do bring paints or pens for the kids, as there isn’t much else to do nearby unless you book a tour or activity.
The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A great place for a peaceful family break!"
"Our stay at Palais Amador in Marrakech was truly exceptional. The service is outstanding; Zac and Amira are the absolute best—always thoughtful, available, and incredibly proactive. The property itself is gorgeous, radiating Moroccan culture and charm through local art, mosaics, and cleanliness. It feels luxurious, peaceful, and is a destination in itself.
Our one critical callout: If you plan frequent Marrakesh exploration, factor in the distance. This sanctuary is prohibitive for daily sightseeing. Expect about 2 hours round-trip travel, costing 300 to 900 MAD via the hotel's affiliated transport company. They are professional and reliable, but with no local options, these costs and times add up quickly for non-stop tourists.
Palais Amador is ideal for a relaxing getaway where the experience on-site is paramount."
"Never again will I set foot in this hotel!
The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack.
The towels were disgusting, covered in huge brown stains, and there was no toilet paper we had to go down to reception and ask for the basics. The bed sheets and pillows reeked of sweat, so bad that we had to cover our faces with our own fresh clothes just to sleep. The floor wasn’t visibly dirty, but we found small shards of broken glass, and no one bothered to clean it we had to ask for a broom and sweep it ourselves.
The whole place is old, filthy, and completely neglected. The pictures on Expedia are beyond deceptive an absolute lie. Breakfast was just as bad: no options, the same sad plate for everyone.
And as if that wasn’t enough, our room was right next to a noisy road. Every passing car and motorcycle’s headlights flashed into the room, and the constant noise made it impossible to sleep.
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I will never, ever stay here again!"
