"Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa was a great stay. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street and Makishi Public Market, with plenty of great dining options and shopping for gifts, including Don Quijote. Parking was convenient, just across the street (Japanese elevator parking system). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

Even though there was a language barrier google translate did help with communication, just be patient with the staff. They do have english speaking staff as well. Staff did go above and beyond and need a raise. There is a cute convenience store as well for late night snacking or a quick dessert and lunch."

The room is as shown in the photos with in room washer and dryer (b.y.o detergent). It's a good choice if you are simply looking for clean and comfortable place to sleep after a day out exploring Naha. "

"Very good location. Right next to the walking streets, but the room was very quiet at night. The room is pretty compact size, but that's pretty common for Japanese city hotels. They have free happy hour drink in the reception as well as ice cream. The staff was also very friendly and helpful if needed guidance. Definitely recommend."

"Breakfast was great and had lots of varieties. They have a great selection of Blue Seal ice cream so that was a huge plus for me! Staff were nice and efficient. Room is a bit small however. Construction was ongoing during our stay so a little but of an inconvenience. There was a bath on top floor but was unable to try. People with tattoos aren’t allowed as most public baths. "

Walking distance to Shuri castle."
