"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Pet friendly, Well they have a dog and two cats so yes they love there pets. Stayed a week and room cleaned and bed changed on request. Always pleased to do this straight away. Very friendly couple nothing too much trouble. I had a very relaxing week plane spotting. All rooms 3 on ground floor and breakfast kitchin. Upstairs rooftop outside view of planes landing and possible to go up two more levels. Good sitting area plus small cafe area. I had evening meal. Snacks drinks all served there."

"It does not get much better than this. The hotel is inside a park, ensuring light and peace and quiet. Staff is attentive, rooms are large if a bit dated. It ain’t cheap, but I think it is money well spent. "

The restaurant staff could be more welcoming with the exception of Fatima who was a ray of sunshine at breakfast - very efficient and always smiling.
