"Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Resort fee should have been waived due to the poor being closed due to renovations. If we knew the pool would be closed we would not have chosen the dates we did. We were very disappointed "

"Parking lot was packed most days. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy kept me coming back, the kids loved the character waffles. The room was clean and organized. It states for long stays they will come clean every 3 days we stayed 7 and no one came and refreshed our room. We had to go down and get new towels. That was the only problem we had. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a nice brand. Will stay again when in Anaheim. "

"Our stay was decent. The beds were comfortable, and the double showers in our room were a major plus for a family of five. While the breakfast itself was good—the kids especially loved the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles. Despite the main website advertising 'free breakfast,' there is a $19.96 nightly fee for the family to access the pool and breakfast area. Additionally, parking costs $36 or so per night, which significantly increases the total price of your stay. To get to the parks walking it’s about 25 min and to get to the Toy Story parking lot to get the shuttles that takes you to Disneyland is about 12 min "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but dated. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I said yes to room service they showed up at 8am I said I was still there and to come back later but when I came back to my room later in the evening I could tell they never came back. My big issue is with the hotel itself and false room description. The overall hotel description was that the rooms had microwaves and that was a lie. When I go on trips I meal prep I do not like to eat out every night, plus being vegan my opinions are very limited so it's easier to bring my own food for breakfast and dinner. My only options were to upgrade to a suite or use the microwave in the lobby which I'm sure is touched all day by kids and adults dirty hands and coughed on all day no thank you. They need to specify that only suites have microwaves because I would have not stayed hereif I knew that information . Or just get microwaves for the rooms!! "

"Horrible stay , loud noises from guests next door and dirty room issues, called front desk 10x not addressed, no one cared. Stay away , rude and sarcastic manager named Amanda did not care about anything . "

"Great rooms, love the store/cafe, we always need something and they always have it. The shuttle is the reason we stay at this hotel, it is such an amazing amenity. I stay here every time I come to Disneyland. "
