"We arrived early for our room and they made it ready in an hour. Meanwhile, they kept our luggage while we ate lunch. Lukan greeted us warmly and gave us good advice about what to see in Palermo. The room was clean, bright and large. We had a king-sized bed, a rarity in Europe. It was so comfortable. And the location was perfect: in the very center of the centro storico. When we walked out the door we were there."
