"The rooms were very large, everything was clean inside the room, the public areas and the outside of the property. We didn't use the pool area, but I did use the secret fitness centre in the basement and it was great. Lots of options of free weights. Staff were very friendly. I didn't try the complimentary coffee in the lobby as I didn't realize until too late that it was complimentary. Beds and pillows were comfortable. "

"Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Sérieusement, ça ne vaut pas le prix. J’ai payé plus cher pour avoir une chambre avec 2 lits Queen… et on me donne 2 lits doubles 😳 J’appelle poliment pour vérifier, et on me dit que ce sont des Queen… 😂 désolée, mais j’ai un lit Queen à la maison, on ne me passera pas celle-là! Autre grosse déception : on te vend piscine intérieure et spa comme si c’était inclus…Détendez vous dans la piscine intérieur, peu importe la météo qu'ils disent: mais finalement c’est 45 $ par personne pour y accéder. Jamais ca a été dit ca dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Ça commence à faire cher pour des “extras” mal expliqués. Bref, expérience vraiment décevante. Je ne retournerai pas. Par contre — parce qu’il faut le dire — le restaurant Kato Fusion sur place est incroyable : service A1, bouffe excellente, ambiance parfaite 👌 ➡️ Hôtel : 5/10 ➡️ Restaurant : 10/10"
