"When we first got there we had a little difficulty but the lady who i communicated with Lyn Burnette was absolutely amazing. I came from Illinois down to the beach with the kids and she made sure everything was in place for us. Our room was nice overlooking the pool and the beach. They had good food and drinks pool side and the security always made sure everyone was taken care of even more during spring break. Would come back to this resort. "

"I love the summit but there were slight issues with the elevators not working making it difficult to get to the 11th floor. This room specifically was very outdated. You can tell that things were spot cleaned between guests but it has been a while since there was a good cleaning. There was rust on anything made of metal. Mold on chair cushions, spots of nasty on the walls and we found ROACHES. "
