Where do I start, Many things wrong! No dishes/pans/utensils, etc. in kitchen! No ice trays/nor ice machine on site. You were to “turn in” used towels (2) to get any extra or more. Room was not cleaned/trash emptied in 4 day stay. Had to request room change, the bed had a large dip in the middle, sounded like you were sleeping on foil or plastic, loud! My pet was covered in fleas from the outside areas! Had to spend $$ for meds to get rid of them! No security on site, awakened at 1:30am from loud screaming, doors slamming! Not acceptable! Outdoor locks weren’t working, had to enter through lobby. Has been replaced but no one knew how to program to accept keys for entry! Just ridiculous! I could go on, but it gets worse, will never stay at this property again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
