I spent so much money for my kids to have fun and th prizes at the end were gross. The candy was old and hard as a rock. The food court was extremely over priced! Nothing good to say. "

"We loved the large pool area, and the staff at The Wave poolside bar & grill. Ana & Raul were SO friendly & waited on us attentively. Even though they were very busy, they greeted us by name & chatted with us each day of our stay."

"They didn’t clean our room once in the 4 days we were there. The furniture is in terrible shape the drawers wouldnt even stay closed. It’s very frustrating bring approached multiple times on a daily basis if we received our free gift….. high pressure sales. The amount of money we spent wasn’t worth it."
