When you get there, you have to use a machine to check in, there’s literally no human individual to welcome you in, not one soul. They didn’t offer clean service, at all. Very nice property in a beautiful part of Switzerland. Friendly staff and lots of areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Great breakfast options and lots of options for restaurants in addition to the one onsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

This hotel was wonderful! Very friendly staff and cute interior design. There is no AC but everything else made up for it. Breakfast was a great bonus!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the hotel. Traveling single, I had a lot of questions, and the staff at the desk fielded them all and were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 3 minutes from the train station, so you do not have to walk far. The morning breakfast offered was a great way to start your day. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

So I stayed two nights in one of the apartment rooms which are in a separate building behind the main hotel. (Listed on Expedia as: Standard Apartment with Gallery, Balcony (Chalet)). We loved staying at this hotel , it was so quiet and peaceful even though it was right in the middle of big tourist attraction. It was right next to station so it was very convenient to travel to Jungfrau mountain or anywhere near by. There were lot of great food options near by in walking distance. Hotel breakfast was good , kids enjoyed it a lot but it had same options everyday without any new options , they should look at adding more variety. Now, I’m going to be honest. The rooms are not updated or fancy…more like a holiday inn….but the staff more than makes up for the simple/old rooms. Every single person was so nice, kind, and helpful. Georgia was especially helpful to us! We appreciated her advice! The outdoor deck was beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic! Also, the location could not be better with amazing views.

Literally the best, most spectacular views of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is a bit tricky, as you have to take a train up from Lauterbrunnen then walk about 6-7 minutes up and down hill to get there,. Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. A once in a lifetime type beauty. But hopefully I'll be back again! The pool was great and I was traveling with two 20-something kids and a 15 yr old. Staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the hotel...but not the "included" with your room dining room. It was good. Had a wonderful stay in Spiez. The view from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend getting a room with a view of the lake, you will not be disappointed. Our room was comfortable and spacious with nice updated bathrooms. My only complaint about the room was there were no shades of any kind to block out the light in the morning. We had a wonderful time in Interlaken The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had 2 large rooms. Both were decorated differently. I confess that I was originally eyeing the Victoria Jungfrau for our stay. The pricing was a deterrent plus I wanted to be on the river. Very wise decision.
