My husband and I used the private onsens and enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks also available at all times. "A lovely authentic Japanese experience. Very welcoming hosts. Food was plentiful and to a high standard just not to my Western palate. Very fish orientated. A menu would have been good to help identify some of the dishes. We loved getting dressed into our Yukatas. No Wi-Fi in the room but available in the lounge. Convenient for Hakone station."
