"Extremely helpful staff, restaurant did not rush us to get out of it when it was closing down. Didn’t fly in until late and they were extremely accommodating. Food was dynamite."

"I did not use the air-conditioning. I, therefore, cannot give an opinion. The airport shuttle service was poor. There was no shuttle service available when I arrived at the shuttle terminal. I had to phone the Lodge. I was told that the shuttle had to be pre-booked. Since the booking for the accommodation was done through Expedia, I was not informed about the prerequisite for the shuttle service. "

"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for travellers. A fast and efficient shuttle service was provided at no additional cost, which was a key factor in my decision to book this hotel"

"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"
