"We had a nice overnight stay recently while attending a concert in Knoxville. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient check in staff and were given some bottled water and fresh cookies. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. This hotel was our choice because it is an easy walk to downtown and has onsite parking. At $30/night, parking seems a bit spendy after paying $200 for the room but it was convenient. "Convenient close to I-75, super clean and updated/new facility. The area around is not great, but it is safe. We had a gymnastics meet at Knoxville convention center and it was easy to commute there. Breakfast options are above average and lobby and breakfast area are well kept."
