We had a nice overnight stay recently while attending a concert in Knoxville. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient check in staff and were given some bottled water and fresh cookies. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. This hotel was our choice because it is an easy walk to downtown and has onsite parking. At $30/night, parking seems a bit spendy after paying $200 for the room but it was convenient. Breakfast was superior with lots of choice and even some fresh fruit! Would definitely stay again.

"Our stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right across from the Convention Center and a short walk to Market Square. This location is right on par with any Hampton Inn we"ve stayed at. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff here was extrememly friendly and helpful. The pool was drained but we did not intend to use it anyhow. The fitness room was well appointed with mats, dumbells, bench, elliptical, treadmill, and Peleton bike. The only downside was the hotel fronts Henley Street, which is a main artiery through downtown. If you can get a room that faces the parking garage on the east, I'm sure it would be fine. But with the elevators, vending, and housecleaning facilities, more rooms face Henley St., and it can be very loud. Being downtown when visiting our son at the University was nice, but I would want to make sure I had a room on the wast side of the hotel if I stayed here again.
