He didn't even say hi when she was there standing and waiting for a long time. My friend was upset. Nevertheless , Hotel is excellent and the Team Filipino Staff. Two thumbs up! "Very clean , excellent location if arriving late at the station as just across the road. Very helpful for gluten free options at breakfast, given bread, muesli and a muffin. Plenty of gf options on the buffet. At check-in I asked about options to make tea in the room and they gave me a kettle. Perfect service. Drinking water available at a water station in reception. "

"We arrived from Munich tired and with a hangover after attending Oktoberfest, we got in at 11 am hoping for an early check in and the staff was amazing and friendly. We were able to check in early and get some much needed rest and sleep. Thank you staff for accommodating us early, it was greatly appreciated."
