"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasnât served at 7:30 â nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."
"The hotel is in an amazing location - with Centro Promenade (loads of places to eat and a fab arcade) about a 10 minute drive away.
The hotel itself and the reception staff are great and there are two restaurants and a pub attached to the hotel too.
Two negatives:
1. Not enough parking for a hotel this size.
2. The housekeeper/cleaner on our floor was very rude when asked a simple question.
Overall though, really enjoyed our stay here."
