"A brilliantly located property with a tram stop directly outside giving great access to the train station. It is modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean with professional staff on the front desk. Rooms are compact. The hotel would benefit from offering tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge. Overall a great stay."

"The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very accommodating and tolerated my awful German well, switching to English when I met my limit. Breakfast is very nice and well recommended. The hotel is in a very good location so great for a city stay, I have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. There is a fitness centre but it is not particularly well equipped, I'd suggest one of the nearby gyms if that matters to you. Room 313 was very comfortable and clean."
