This place was definitely a hidden gem. Off the beaten path and tucked away on the hillside/mountainside of the Austrian Alps the location and scenery were truly breathtaking. I booked a Junior Suite for my wife and I and our expectations were well exceeded. When I pay for a place like this I expect perfection. I found it. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was professional and courteous, and the spa facilities were flawless. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the prices. The food, drinks, spa packages, hotel did not come cheap. But how could you expect a place so perfect to be cheap? You definitely get what you pay for.

Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation.
