Vegesack is over-egged on the websites. It's a bit tired and worn. The Rathaus tour is excellent, make it a priority to book. Union Brauerei in Walle has excellent beer.

Bremen was such a lovely town and Schnoor was very pretty area. People were friendly and we felt safe to walk around. Medieval architecture was so beautiful._

"The staff was helpful friendly and responsive. Newly remodeled rooms and still some remodeling ongoing. Walking distance to old city center and statue. Beautiful park across the street with walking paths. Would stay again. "

"ParkHotel is definitely my favorite hotel in Bremen. This time I stayed in a room with lake view, which was beautiful. Spa and pool amenities are a top notch.
They even offer also fitness classes and gym equipment is pretty elaborate.
Personnel is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a great selection.
Enjoyed their restaurant and bar as well!
