But I persisted with questions, & she offered more information and it turned out that she knew more than she had let on. E g. the parking places marked with white lines are free at certain times of the year, while the blue ones are fee-bearing.
Also, I don't remember having ordered breakfast but she informed us that all reservations come automatically with breakfast.
The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the view that I upgraded us to was fabulous.
It was convenient to have the tourist offices close by to get info on our Costa Brava hiking routes.
