"We had a great stay at the Hotel Tandem and would stay again if we return to Strasbourg. The staff were helpful, the room was well laid out and clean and breakfast was excellent."

"The room was clean, easy checkin.Thete is parking. It is 10 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to a large shopping centre ,with a very good supermarket. Great for being able to cook a meal."

"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking."

I have no idea who gives ratings for this hotel, but i was disgusted by the awful sewage smell in the hallways and the rooms are dated, with terrible furniture and configuration. Breakfast for €35 euro was nothing short of ripoff and had the worst food selection i have seen in French hotels including terrible, tasteless pastries which France is famous for. I dinned at their fancy restaurant which is looking to get their 1st Michelin. I must see the chef needs to learn a few things about cooking… food was horrible. The only thing i enjoyed was the service of the professional gentleman waiting on me and the amuse bouche they served. That is it. The main courses were terrible and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. €180 wasted. "

"Pros: comfortable bed, hot shower, very nice reception staff, good location near train station and historic part of town, good pricing, was offered free coffee because of my complaints Cons: housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels, looks like didn’t clean the shower either, safe stopped working and they didn’t change the battery while we were there. They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."
