"Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast buffet. I would also like to specifically mention the room service attendant Dilraj, he was superb. He stocked our minibar without failure and even made sure we go our late night room service order when we missed dinner one night. The hotel was amazing however Dilraj took it over the top for us. "Room was clean and quiet. Area is all brand new construction so it is clean and modern. There are some local construction sites but we didn't notice noise. Breakfast was decent. Location is a little far from historic sites, but benefits from the quiet of a more remote location. Bus is a 2 minute walk from hotel. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"My flight back to US was canceled due to winter storm, booked Aiden BW while in London late at night for some reason when i check in they some reason the date was book is in different date but I am thankful for the Aiden front desk for making it work and have me check in. Thank you so much."

"Great spot to stop our family of four before our flight home - clean rooms and overall facilities, and wonderful breakfast. The only caution I would offer is that there are a few Novotels near the Paris airport, so be sure to get the address correct!"
