"Not a hotel! A few rooms to let. No one on duty at the desk 24/7. When staff were there, they were very helpful! No elevator. These rooms are 3 flights up, past 2 other companies with rooms for rent. I thought the ad was quite misleading."

The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The food was incredible and grounds and gardens around the hotel were magnificent. Villa Agape made our first trip to Florence a memorable one in all the best ways! "

"Amazing location! Wonderful food and nightclubs within easy walk. Around the block from the Colosseum. Place is good sized, easy to access with codes, Incredibly clean. Bathroom is good as long as not handicapped as it is a tall tub. "

"Great location, tall rooms that make them feel bigger than they are. Easy walk to lots of famous placs and close to train stations. The building is older and could use some updatig and a little paint but thats all the building in Rome. There's a park up the street and a great gelato place just a block away. Lots of food places and a market right next door. The Colosseum is less than a km away walkable down hill to it a little tougher walk back up from it. "

"The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."

"We stayed here for 5 nights, our second time in Rome. The hotel is not far from Termini and a tube station. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We left behind my iPad and they sent us a message so we returned to collect it, I really appreciate this! The hotel overall was very clean and we had a pleasant stay. The nearby restaurant Taverna dei migliori is excellent."

"Terrible experience. You had you text your ID documents to a random person no front desk. The host was really rude and the stay had 1 role of toilet paper for two night stay. Early check out at 10am? Who does this? The stay was really small no closet what so ever you leave your stuff on the ground. Hard to find at night, host is super rude. "
