They kindly let us check in early as we needed to change for a funeral.
So I am not sure if normally shower gel is provided, there was soap which I used.

"We had a wonderful stay! We were the only one with a child, 1 year old, and they sweetly set up his crib and set a children’s setting at breakfast - which was delicious! Would recommend highly.

"We stayed 2 nights 2 adults 2 older children and 2 dogs.
We were greeted by Penny who was friendly, informative, generous and knowledgeable.
We were made to feel our dogs were no problem.
Breakfast was fresh, novel and delicious.
Bathroom was sublime , smart and huge.

The hotel is huge with a warren of corridors. We were a party of 3, myself & my husband and we were travelling with our grown-up son. I had booked two ‘classic’ rooms therefore it was slightly odd to get our rooms only to discover that my son had been allocated the room with the super king bed and we got given a room with a standard double bed! Luckily we swapped. Just something to be aware of!

"The accommodation was in keeping with the character of the property, however, this meant our room was compact for a 5 night stay.
The staff were very attentive and the service was very good, the inclusive breakfast offering was sufficient as we don't eat cooked breakfast.
When eating in the hotel at night the food was very nice, but the vegetarian options were limited to 2 choices and remained the same during our stay which led to us eating twice in the hotel.
