"Balcony had no view. Showed the roof next door. Music until 3 am kept us up. Absolutely unacceptable. Couldn’t get to our room by elevator. Had to walk up two flights of stairs. Due to music disturbing us till that ungodly hour will never stay there again"

"Hotel is clean, in a great location right across from the train station and everything is pretty modern. Some things needed a bit getting used to - like having the sink outside of the shower/toilet room right next to the door. Felt weird. But it had all the amenities you need, including safe, robe, slippers etc. The bar was very well stocked and everything was free, including drinks and snacks! I especially enjoyed the Nespresso AND frother in the room. It made it easy for me to have my morning latte/croissant and relax. I did not use the breakfast. They needed a time commitment, which I found inconvenient and which was not possible for me with jetlag. But that was the only downside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Be aware that some rooms do not have windows that open. I was lucky and had a corner room, where I could open a window. Probably does not matter for most people, but I really need to be able to open windows in my rooms. Would stay at this hotel for sure again!"

"Terrific location for tourists. Access to all of the stores, restaurants, pubs (and castle!) we could want. Hotel had the needed amenities, helpful staff, and decent-sized rooms. No complaints."

"Had all the amenities one would need. The bar staff were always friendly and interacted with us. The spa was great, nice gym and front desk were accommodating- we needed several taxis while there. Easy to walk to walk to shopping food and activities. We would stay here again. "
