"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Trauma Center my son is in. I expressed this upon check in that the room would be used for our family to be able to catch a nap between visits. The clerk is the rudest woman on the planet. When we asked for the wifi password, we were told we couldnt have it because we booked through a booking site. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned the entire time we were there. There is a $50 cash...

"Loved this spot! Perfect location, just a few minutes from downtown, but not close enough to be noisy. Comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of seating, full kitchen, very clean. I was especially thankful for the hosts, who were attentive and very quick to respond when I couldn't figure out the heating/cooling unit. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed staying at the Peabody. The room, while small, was comfortable. The onsite restaurants had good variety, the food was delicious and the customer service was great. The nightly duck march was fun (Kenan was a wonderful MC) and access to the roof top for a city view was a bonus."
