"The property was definitely not what I expected, Location was nice and it was right on the water, but there is absolutely no view one tiny window. There were holes in the doors only one pillow. Even though it was on the water, the decking, etc., was not in good condition. It was hard to find there’s no name on the door out front."

"The hotel is super cute and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and helpful at all times, always caring about our experience in the hotel. It was my birthday and they decorated our room and gave us a bottle of sparkling. You cannot miss the private dinner experience. We had it on the bangalo, the food was amazing (order the catch of the day) and the vibes were immaculate. We will never forget that night! We truly loved our experience in Bacalar! The lake is so amazing to swim and hotel is close...
