We had a fabulous experience at Villa Fraulo. When we arrived, the hotel staff was waiting at the entrance to greet us and make us welcome. We had 2 rooms, each w/ a balcony overlooking the Med. This hotel is a gem!! The private beach access alone makes it a must stay! The food by the beach is great and the beach chairs and easy water access means you can stay out there all day. Bring your water shoes because the small rocks when you're getting in and out are a little rough. The hotel is right at the beginning of the Amalfi Coast and although you can drive from there to the most popular destinations on the coast, there is no need to because you are a 8 minute walk to the town of Cetara...

Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!

The Mirmare is a lovely hotel with a unique experience. Firstly, it's in Positano which is gorgeous and has fantastic food. We had called ahead because the town of Positano is a little confusing to get around. The Miramare had a porter flag us down when we got close. The journey to the hotel was amazing as we walked down long flights of steps. We stopped at the front desk while the porter took our luggage ahead. We were greated at the front desk by a very nice young women with a warm smile and...
Did a ton of research on hotels in Positano for week vacay w/ my GF - trying to keep $ manageable while providing key amenities (good balcony, location, etc.). So happy I went with Savoia.
Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.

Wonderful large selection of breakfast. wonderful pool to relax with great food and beverage options. Our daughter got sick and the team was amazing to assist even though we had checked out in the morning. My husband and I were truly impressed by the generosity and great care we received during our stay! The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were much larger than other hotels we stayed at in Italy. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The walk to town was charming. You can get great food at the local restaurants but the hotel also serves a nice sit down dinner and a continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying at this location. You will truly enjoy your stay!
This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Had the best stay at Hotel Capri! Came with a friend for a week and it was a wonderful experience. We ate breakfast there everyday , loved sitting by the pool, and had a beautiful and clean room. Will definitely be back!
Staff was GREAT…helped make any reservations for excursions we wanted to do…hotel very clean…breakfast buffet awesome…NO STEPS…and central local bus stop by entrance to hotel…we could leisurely walk downhill to the beach and catch the bus back to our hotel…I have stayed there three times now…just got back from a great trip staying there 8 nights…took my granddaughter (18)…I am 74 and we enjoyed everyday…memories made!!!
What an amazing property we chose for our stay!! I would highly recommend The Hotel Rivage to anyone planning a trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast!! The staff as very helpful with any questions, not to mention the Bar/Restaurant!!! The food prepared was pretty close to Michelin grade to say the least. Local seafood caught that day and prepped…WOW WOW!! We will be staying there again for sure!!!!❤️

This hotel was one of the best in our month-long trip to Italy. Very comfortable, close to everything - town, ferry, train, but not noisy or crowded area. Great for walking. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and friendly. In addition to great breakfast and view of Mt Vesuvius, the hotel was visitor-friendly with retractable clothesline in the bathtub, much appreciated! Also two pools, one good for laps, which is always nice.
