"Outlets didnt work and a roach crawled on my foot whilst I walked in the bathroom. Had a single uncomfortable pillow. For the money I paid it’s ridiculous. 0/10 don’t stay here. The shuttle was nice thou. Adds the 1 out 10."

"This was a perfect one nighter for our family as we had early morning flight from Malpensa. Close to the airport, yet quiet, clean, very decent breakfast, nice large beds and rooms, bathroom to match. Perfect! Highly recommend!"

"It was good for what it was, a place to stay when you don’t want to live the airport, but nothing special about it. "

"The airport pickup and drop off was a complete scam. The night time pickup and drop was half the price as compared to daytime pick up and drop off to Terminal1/2. I had booked a family room but was not not more than 2 people per room can stay. The breakfast was one silver lining at this hotel but the cost was twice as expensive."
