We loved, loved, loved our stay on the Gargano Coast at Petra Maris. Having driven the coast from north to south, this is by far our favorite location. Elegant, clean. peaceful and perfect. I loved that it was away from the crowds but an easy walk to several local, beautiful beaches. Lucia and her family were the most gracious hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding. So lucky to find this gem ♥️
We were so fortunate to find the special place. The location is right next to the castle and old town and the owner owns a bar 20 feet away. The owner made extraordinary efforts to make our visit special. He treated us like royalty, like kings and queens, and is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The room was clean. We arrived early and the cleaning staff was still cleaning our room. The front desk staff was very accommodating, he arranged for a trip to the St. Michael's place. Also safekeep our luggage on check out day while we went to attend mass at the Bassilica of Padre Pio.
