A beautiful little hotel nestled in a rustic Alpine town. Charming lobby, bar and restaurant. Gracious friendly staff...family owned and operated. Provided us with very courteous service with personal attention and help with tourist information and restaurants. A place we will certainly hope to stay in the next time we return to the Merano area.
The hotel is one of the finest designed that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The room design and the views are exquisite; the beds were perfect and the quality of all the spaces beautiful. In addition the staff were a joy and the breakfast superb.

This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.
The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.
Beautiful hotel, with modern conveniences and old world charm. Very convenient if you are arriving and leaving by train. The only draw back is the bedding arrangement. Two twin beds are pushed together if you request a double room for 2 - Because the beds are two se pare furniture pieces, there is quite a large gab between. Not comfortable set up if you are a couple!
The staff and experience was incredible. The rooms were a little warm without air, and while they offered fans it still was a bit warm. Beyond that the rides to and from town were so helpful, and the staff was so accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great, and the property was very well maintained with beautiful views!
