Amazing staff and place

Large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Had free electric bikes to use which were incredible. Only downside is 10-15 walk downhill into town. Might be a problem for someone who is not fit (coming back up the hill). Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. Pleasant hotel.

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Loved the breakfast.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's not in the center of town but easily walkable. especially along the lake. I really liked the walking trail to the lake and the bike path to the lake. The staff were always helpful and available. Loved the pool and the poolside service with tasty and reasonable snacks. Breakfast was good! I had a spa treatment that was excellent. This has been a hot summer and the AC worked well. I would stay here again for my next trip to Lake Garda.

10/10 The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive! The facility itself and the spa and the amenities are wonderful and all you need is there! The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were large and excellent. Location was convenient to restaurants/bars in the old town. Breakfast was extensive and varied. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Fantastic hotel in Merano Italy one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Amazing rooftop pool and sauna area. Restaurant options and service cannot was outstanding and spacious rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer.
