"I am so disappointed that I booked this hotel"

"This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house… The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was reservations since I think most people with privilege booked in advance. Nonetheless the buffet was always offering different and tasty food, loved the little themes and accents around the dishes and stations. The Easter desserts were fab for the kids. A great and memorable stay. "

"Upgraded to have our rooms upgraded to ocean view. One Wes not ready, had to stay at the other tower for a night, was then going to be upgraded to a suite, didn’t happen. Supposed to get a special gift basket that those rooms get, never happened. Front desk Wes very helpfull, supervisor not so much. Will go to a Moon Palace again, just not this one."

"This was a very impromptu booking and it was a smooth check in. The location is great. Nice clean pool and pool bar with drinks for purchase. Clean establishment. Reliable air conditioning. Onsite eats for purchase and a convenience store/shop."

"The hotel was an authentic Jamaican owned. The staff is amazing catering to our every need. Breakfast was magnificent with both Jamaican traditional dishes and American style cooked to order. Room was cozy and intimate. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My teenage daughters and I had a good experience overall. Everything was clean, and the service was good. I’m a tipper, though, so I had a server looking out for us literally and figuratively in the large breakfast/lunch restaurant. I’d say the food was just… fine. Kyoto was the best of the smaller restaurants. The physical plant was new in Spring of 2024, so it’s in good shape. The elevators are small, and there’s only one cluster of 4 of them to access 800+ rooms; you end up waiting for the elevator quite a bit, cueing even, in the lobby. The in-house airport shuttle contractor was awful. After arriving in Montego Bay, they loaded us up, told us nothing, and then left us sitting there 45 minutes before leaving for the resort. It’s a bad way to start serving your customers."
