"This hotel was wonderful for our Munich stay. Literally steps from the Munich Ost train station it couldn't have been more convenient when arriving by train and leaving to the airport by S8. Clean, quiet, modern with friendly staff. Neighborhood has many great restaurants within walking distance. And they will sell you a public transport day pass ticket at the front desk for the tram that stops at the front door."

"Very decent hotel. Fairly traditional old-school hotel, with rooms and furniture showing their age a little. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and quiet location that is within a few minutes walk of the tram and the Nockherberg restaurant and beer garden."

"Interiors of rooms mostly from 80s and therefore not particularly clean. Shower adjustment didn’t work properly and sink had quite some stains/wear of use. Good breakfast."

"Hotel is surrounded by lots to eat. Also close to public transportation with a short ride to the city center. The zoo in Munich is also a highlight. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or just a 20-30 minute walk through the city and lots of parks. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Quiet area, AC worked great. Staff that I saw while they were cleaning and stocking were nice and helpful."

"very cool hotel, with a swimming pool and small gym on the 15th floor, and in addition a real stylish bar. the location is excellent, about a 15 minute walk to to Ostbahnhof ( Munich East train station) , which is 3 stations away from Marienplatz and has two lines going to the airport ( S1 and S8 ) . the rooms are really nice and spacious, with a panoramic view of the city. the area of the hotel has plenty of nice bars and restaurants .Highly recommended !!"
