The bathrooms are large and clean with quality toiletries and ample towels provided. The property is very large with many beautiful pools to swim in and located right on the beachfront. The breakfast is delicious providing loads of variety."

"The hotel grew on me. The staff were friendly especially Made’ & Indah. The manager was nice. It just wasn’t in the area I thought. The view is fabulous except for the building rubbish and torn down stuff outside the balcony rooms. I changed to a pool view and paid an upgrade. Then I was much happier. It is too busy a road and steep to walk to the beach however the hotel shuttle kindly took me for free mostly. Thank you for the cultural experiences. "

"I went to check in and the hotel cancelled my room and did not refund my money. I ended in another hotel paying last minute price. I had to call hotel.com for 1 hour to get the refund. It is ridiculous the lack of professionalism these days"
