Apparently there’s an issue with the system when you book through hotels.com, so much so, that my card was charged and refunded about three times. The place is DIRTY. "A great budget hotel to stay in. Ask for an upper level room. There are little balconies that overlook the stream. You can watch squirrels and birds at any time of day. The lower level is a bit dark in my opinion. It is a great location close to cog railway, garden of the gods and downtown Manitou Springs. It is on a busy road."

It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. "
