"No air conditioning killed the whole experience for us. The daytime had a cool breeze running through the hotel that made the temperature comfortable but at night the breeze died. The room was HOT. Unbearably so. The large fan in the room doesn’t blow air downward. It was loud and sounded like it was going to break and fall onto the bed. We left the windows open and had a sixth floor room but still no cool air made its way into the room. I feel the hotel staff should remind guests at check in about the lack of AC. If we had noticed we would have canceled and booked elsewhere. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hallway carpet was dirty and there was several pieces of trash laying around in the corners of the halls. The location and views around are amazing but I would never stay here again. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
