It's feeding time at the zoo! If you want to be reminded of some of the great animals our world is home to, you might want to pay a trip to Xzootic Animal Park, located 1 mi (1.6 km) from central Loay.
This is the cleanest and most well maintained hotel I have been to yet in the Philippines. It was wonderful. The landscaping and gardens are gorgeous.
The staff was also very, very friendly amd helpful. They arranged transportation and even a boat tour for us.
The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. The prices were reasonable and while the food was nothing fantastic, it was still far above average.

This place is old, a strong country feel. If you are into 5 star treatment its not for you.i have spiders and gecko in my bathroom. You could only hear crickets and lizards. The room was wondeful! I stayed in the dormitory that I shared with 5 other people. Our mattres were on the floor which was bamboo. Each dorm was separated by white curtains. The windows had white curtains too. The bed had white mosquito net. The whole effect was calming and wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The vegetations and floweres also affected the atmosphere of the resort positively.

Hammocks on the beach have nets around the coconuts so they don't fall on your head, staff smiles and says hello good morning how was your day, the grounds are manicured with no detail spared, the pool invites you for a swim, a beautiful beach,they have bacon for breakfast, they have an art gallery to enjoy paintings and a ping pong table, the tours arranged from the front desk are with your own driver and they are kind patient and knowledgeable, they have a DVD library to catch up on movies ......
My 1st stay at Hennan was remarkable that is why I chose to stay again. My expectations were so high however the experience was quite different. Probably it was so crowded in the pool and by the beach area, including the lobby.
Unlike before, there was a staff who greeted u as soon as u enter with a welcome drink and a sort of a lei given to u.
Noticed the upholsteries in the lobby are dirty. The atmosphere is not as relaxing as before. But, the staff remain courteous and friendly.
The only bad thing about this hotel is the transportation. They have only one shuttle to alona beach and the taxi arragements are overpriced. Better take a tricicle.
It was very quiet and relaxing. It was a cute quaint place we loved. We stayed in June for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The staff was amazing. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.
This was a wonderful surprise, a hotel on top of a hill overlooking the ocean in southern Bohol. The staff was great, the food very good, the swimming pool refreshing and the cottages very well designed. A little bit out of the way, but an excellent option if you want tranquility.
