"The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel.
One morning when running the bath the water came out 'yellow/orange' colour. That was odd to see, it cleared out after 10 minutes.
Some NOT all members of staff are friendly.
WI-FI was intermittent, so if you are planning to have business meetings from the hotel, keep that in mind.
Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and some members of staff were awesome at helping. But for a 5 * hotel it does need a lot more. Do not expect too much and you won't be disappointed."

The garden needs some love and the rooms are fine. More expensive than some but an ideal space to relax."
"We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set up for us. The facilities and atmosphere was amazing! It was disappointing that the customer service was not up to par."
