"When you search for 2 adults and 3 children, a room at the Rydges hotel comes up and offers you a family suite. Many hotels will say unavailable as most family rooms will only accommodate 4 people.
We didn’t expect that we would have to pay an extra $80 on top of the $550 we already paid for an extra bed to accommodate the 3rd child. If they are advertising that the room suits 5 people, that should be included in the price, otherwise don’t advertise it as sleeping 5 people. We didnt pay the extra $80 and our son slept on pillows on the ground as there was no couch that he could sleep on either. Felt like it was false advertisement. "
"Great location close to train station, dining, shopping and casino. Staff very friendly and easy check in process. Parking onsite but quite tight for bigger cars. Room nice, clean and quiet. Have stayed here a few times now and would again. Onsite restaurant is great also with a good value breakfast. "
